SNES Jr. RGB Install

Both RGB and S-Video were disabled on the SNES Jr., leaving only composite. This mod restores full RGB and S-Video output and brings the SNES Jr. up to the same video quality as the best original SNES revisions.

Every install includes the ghosting fix at no extra charge, addressing the subtle image trailing present on these consoles.
