Sega Master System / Mark III RGB Bypass

The Sega Master System outputs RGB natively on the Model 1, but the signal passes through the stock video encoder circuit which introduces jailbars and noise. The Model 2 has no AV output at all — RF only. The RGB bypass mod addresses both issues by pulling the RGB signal directly from the VDP, routing it through a high-quality THS7374 amplifier, and outputting a clean, noise-reduced signal through a proper AV connector.

The result is a noticeably cleaner picture with reduced jailbars and better compatibility with RGB cables, scalers, and upscalers. On the Model 2 this mod also adds a proper AV output port where none existed before.

Compatible with: Sega Master System Model 1 and Model 2. Sega Mark III.

The mod board required for this service is not included in the service price and must be sourced separately by the customer.
