How to Send In Your Console

Step 1 — Place Your Order

Complete your order on the website. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Keep this handy — you'll need it.

Step 2 — Pack Your Console

Pack your console securely. If you shake the package, nothing should move inside. We recommend wrapping the console in bubble wrap and filling any empty space with packing material. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping, so please pack carefully. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Step 3 — Include Your Order Information

Print and include your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number inside the package. This helps us match your console to your order quickly.

Step 4 — Ship to Us

You may use any carrier of your choice. Ship your console to:

A Note on Console Condition

All consoles sent in for modification must be in full working order. For recap services, please be aware that we are not a repair shop — if your console requires additional work beyond the recap itself, we cannot guarantee the outcome and an additional charge may apply. We will always contact you before proceeding with any work beyond what was originally ordered. Every console is tested upon arrival to verify functionality before we begin any service.
